1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ba880 ("ba880", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at ba880.vip ("the Platform").

1.5 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 To register and maintain an account on ba880, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2.3 If ba880 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, ba880 will suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and refer the matter for further review. Opening duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under your own name or under any alias — is a material breach of these Terms. ba880 uses automated and manual systems to identify duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba880 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ba880 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify ba880 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact ba880 support at [email protected] or via live chat. ba880 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

3.5 During KYC verification, ba880 may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate;

3.6 ba880 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity at any time while KYC verification is pending. Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification has been completed to ba880's satisfaction.

3.7 All personal information provided to ba880 is processed in accordance with the ba880 Privacy Policy. ba880 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

3.8 You must promptly update your account information if any of your registered details change. ba880 is not responsible for any delays, errors, or losses arising from outdated account information.

4.1 Deposits. ba880 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods. Deposits are credited to your ba880 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. ba880 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. ba880 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals for any supported Bangladeshi payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved;

• The deposit source and withdrawal destination have been confirmed as belonging to the registered account holder;

4.4 Third-Party Payments. ba880 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals via payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder. Any attempt to use a third-party payment account will result in the transaction being reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 Failed Transactions. 4.6 Currency. All transactions on ba880 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba880 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the player's side are the player's own responsibility.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ba880 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, until the account balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied.

5.1 ba880 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by both these general Terms and the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses on ba880 are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made from the associated balance. Wagering requirements are disclosed in full in the specific promotion terms. ba880 does not apply undisclosed retroactive wagering conditions.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on ba880 contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Slots: typically 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): typically 10%–20% contribution;
• Sports betting: contribution percentage varies by promotion and odds;
• Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses on ba880 carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, as stated in each specific promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a second bonus while a first remains active is not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. ba880 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedged or low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, and exploiting errors or loopholes in the promotion mechanics.

5.7 Right to Withdraw Promotions. ba880 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus balance, ba880 will honour the existing bonus on its original stated terms unless the promotion was withdrawn due to a technical error, in which case ba880 reserves the right to void the affected bonus.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any market before placing a bet. ba880 is not obligated to notify players of rule changes mid-event unless those changes directly affect an active bet.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. ba880 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has started (where live betting is not applicable), bets placed at erroneous odds due to a system or data error, and bets placed by accounts under investigation for suspicious activity.

6.3 Erroneous Odds. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that ba880 determines to be a manifest error — meaning odds that were clearly incorrect in the context of the market — ba880 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. ba880 will not use the erroneous odds defence arbitrarily; it applies only to clear and obvious pricing errors.

6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting on cricket, football, boxing, and other supported sports is available on ba880. Live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Given the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation; the odds at time of confirmation are the accepted odds.

6.5 Casino Games — Return to Player (RTP). All slot and casino games on ba880 operate on certified random number generators (RNGs). • Using the ba880 platform for any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or processing funds derived from criminal activity;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage over ba880 or other players, without reporting the issue to ba880 support;

7.2 ba880 cooperates with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law. If ba880 suspects that a player account is being used in connection with criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, ba880 will suspend the account, freeze the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7.3 Players who identify a bug, error, or vulnerability in the ba880 platform are obligated to report it to ba880 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain. Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is appreciated and ba880 may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill gesture to players who report significant issues in good faith.

Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances will be reviewed; bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. • The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• The account holder is under 18 years of age;

8.4 Permanent Closure by ba880. ba880 reserves the right to permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or exploitation, ba880 may withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation and any associated legal proceedings.

8.5 Appeals. 8.6 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by ba880 — these Terms & Conditions continue to apply to the extent necessary to give effect to any outstanding obligations, including but not limited to: the return of eligible real-money balances, the completion of any open investigations, and the retention of records as required by applicable law.

8.7 Governing Language & Disputes. These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair dealing applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of ba880, players are encouraged to contact ba880 support in the first instance. ba880 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being submitted in writing to [email protected].

8.8 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8.9 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the ba880 Privacy Policy and the ba880 Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ba880 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
